Regulation on measurements related to exploitation of installations and devices.

The purpose of this Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment is to assure systematic control of emissions and other conditions of using the environment. The present Regulation, which is composed of ten paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down: (1) types of results of measurements which are transmitted to competent organs of the environmental protection and provincial inspector of environmental protection; (2) other data collected as the result of monitoring of related technological processes; (3) deadlines and way of presentation of other data. The Annexes specify forms of measurement results for individual types of monitored parameters.
