Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six Paragraphs, establishes that the official control of foodstuffs of animal origin shall include: control of the sanitary state of the enterprise; taking and examination of samples; control of personnel hygiene; control of documentation; control of the internal systems of sanitary quality control; control of HACCP system. The enterprise shall be controlled according to the schedule prepared by the Veterinary Inspection organ or in case of suspicion of inappropriate sanitary quality. Each phase of production and turnover shall be subjected to control.
