Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four articles, establishes, in accordance with European Union legislation, the list of items that are subject to random phytosanitary border control and the frequency of these checks. The list includes wooden packaging material in the form specified in art. 2.
