Regulation on register of establishments producing or marketing products of animal origin.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven paragraphs, establishes way of keeping the register of establishments producing or marketing products of animal origin, including establishments supported from national adapting measures, establishments dealing with direct sale products of animal origin and establishments where the animals coming from other farms are slaughtered. This Regulation also specifies the scope of data and information included in the register. The register is kept in the written form or in electronic form which allows to generate printouts.
