Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment establishes the model report on the recycling efficiency of the recycling process of waste batteries and accumulators. Such report is prepared annually by marshal of a province and submited to the Minister of Environment. The model report is specified in the Annex and contains information on: (1) waste lead-acid batteries and accumulators; (2) waste nickel-cadmium batteries and accumulators; (3) other waste batteries and accumulators.
