Regulation on the requirements to be met by registered operators applying the mark of wood packaging material.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 12 articles, lays down requirements concerning registered operators applying the mark of wood packaging material: (1) necessary knowledge to carry out the treatment of the wood packaging material, wood and other objects according to art. 98 point 1a of the Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council on protective measures against pests of plants; (2) appropriate facilities and equipment to carry out that treatment according to art. 98 point 1b of the Regulation 2016/2031; (3) the way of performing treatment to which wooden packaging material, wood or other objects are subjected before applying the markings referred to in art. 96 of the Regulation 2016/2031.
