Regulation on the requirements for certain fruits originating in certain third countries to prevent the spread of Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine) Van der Aa.

The purpose of this Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is to prevent the spread of the spread of Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine) Van der Aa. The present Regulation lays down: (1) conditions for the movement and storage of certain fruit originating in certain third countries and for the production of plant products derived from these fruits; (2) special requirements to be met by certain fruits; (3) fruits that are provided with a phytosanitary export certificate or a phytosanitary re-export certificate and should, before being introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland, undergo health checks in the third countries they come from or are shipped from; (4) conditions for the production of plant products manufactured from certain fruits; (5) detailed method of carrying out phytosanitary border control of certain fruits introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland.
