Regulation on requirements for measurement of emission and measurement of collected water.

This Regulation of The Minister of Environment, which is composed of 15 paragraphs and seven Annexes, specifies requirements for measurement of emission to water, land and measurement of collected water, including: cases when continuous measurement of emission from installation is required, cases when periodical measurement is required and frequencies of these measurements, referential methods of measurements, description of how to file measurements. Continuous or periodical measurements of emission to the air are obligatory for fuel combustion installations requiring authorization for introduction of gases or dusts into the air or integrated authorization. Measurement of quantity and quality of effluent waste water is obligatory for specific use of waters, described in art. 37 of Water Law.
