Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of four Paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: method of taking food samples to mark chemical remains of plant protection agents in amounts harmful for health, including amount and quantity of taking samples, types of samples, concepts applied for taking samples, during official food control and monitoring; procedures to be followed; provisions concerning transport and storage of samples before starting examination of the chemical remains of plant protection agents.
