Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six paragraphs and one Annex, establishes on the way of transmitting information to central database. Such information is required when issuing the identification document, or registering previously issued identification documents, and covers the following information concerning the equine animal: the unique life number, the species, the sex, the colour, the date of birth, the country of birth, the date of issue and any amendment of the identification document, the name and address of the person to whom the identification document is issued, the status as registered equidae or equidae for breeding and production, the name of the animal (birth name and where applicable the commercial name), the known status of the animal as not intended for slaughter for human consumption, information concerning any duplicate and replacement identification documents, and the notified date of death of the animal.
