Regulation on types of programs and projects to be implemented under the National Green Investment System.

This Regulation of the Minister of Energy, which is composed of three articles, establishes types of programs and projects to be implemented under the National Green Investment System in the following areas: (1) the use of renewable energy sources; (2) investment in cogeneration units producing electrical energy and useful heat in high-efficiency cogeneration; (3) investments carried out by the distribution system operator; (4) adaptation of generating units to emission levels set in the European Union provisions aimed at the protection of environment; (5) investments in the storage of electrical energy.
