Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes values of climatic water balance for individual species of cultivated plants and soil (specified in the Annex). These values are used to evaluate results of drought due to the Act on financial support to insurance of agricultural cultivation and livestock.The values for all provinces are the same.
