Regulation on water profile in bathing water.

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: (1) the way of preparing water profile in bathing water; (2) detailed scope of information included in water profile and the way of their presenting; (3) the procedure of water profile update. Organizer of bathing water is obliged to prepare water profile using information received from: Inspection of Environmental Protection, State Sanitary Inspection, regional directors of water management and directors of maritime authorities.
