Resolution No. 41 of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Economy of 27 March 1986 on granting of statutes to the Institute of Breeding and Acclimation of Plants.

The Institute of Breeding and Acclimation of Plants is provided to its statute by the Annex of this Resolution. The sphere of activity of the Institute comprises the carrying out of scientific research in the field of cultivated plants genetics, breeding of plants and seed production and implementation, popularization, standardization and unification works in this field. The Institute is supervised by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Economy.
