Abstract
The Treaty reaffirms the frontier between the two States defined in the Agreement between the Polish Republic and the German Democratic Republic of 6 July 1950 and declares the frontier to be inviolable. The Contracting Parties also declare that they have no territorial claims against each other and that they shall not put forward such claims in the future. (4 articles).
