Council of Ministers Resolution No. 111 of 2004 on issuing the system of the Palestinian National Center for Agricultural Research.

This Resolution is composed of 14 articles mainly on the system of the Palestinian National Center for Agricultural Research. Article 1 provides for some Definitions . Article 2 states that a national center for Palestinian agricultural research is established. This Center aims to improve and increase agricultural production and raises its efficiency and works on the conservation of natural resources and its optimal exploitation as well as the preservation of the ecological balance as stated in Article 3 along with the different functions to be performed by this Center. Article 6 provides for the powers of the center. Article 7 sets forth the functions and terms of reference of the Director General of the Center. Article 12 is concerned with the Financial Resources of the Center. The Minister may issue the necessary Resolutions to implement the provisions of this system.
