Decision of the Prime Minister No.8 of 2020 - Emergency.

This Decree consisting of 5 articles aims at organizing some activities without prejudice to the State of Emergencency, including the establishment that the pharmaceutical and food factories able to maintain the safety of their workers and employees, and their compliance with the health and preventive instructions issued in this regard, are permitted to operate with the respect of the provided measures and after obtaining a special work permit from the Governor.
