Abstract
This Decree-Law amends the Electricity Law in Article 20.1 to state that the management of the transportation company is overseen by a board of directors comprising a chairman and six members of Palestinian nationality with relevant experience and expertise. Their appointment is made by a decision of the Council of Ministers upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Energy Authority.
