Abstract
This Decree-Law consisting of 4 articles modifies Article 13 regarding the sale of electric power generated from licensed renewable energy facilities by adding a paragraph by which the transport company may purchase electrical energy generated from traditional or renewable sources to be sold to distribution companies, based on a decision of the Council of Ministers.
