Decree Law No.8 of 2015 on the Palestinian Agricultural Lending Institution.

This Resolution consisting of 24 articles aims at establishing the Palestinian Agricultural Lending Institution dependent on the Cabinet. Tasks of this institution are: granting loans to farmers and companies operating in the agricultural sector; encouraging the farmers to establish agricultural projects and projects for agricultural products processing also contributing to the corporates capital for a maximum of 15%; preparing studies on the economic and technical feasibility of the projects and their evaluation; and investing in the development of the agricultural sector and related activities. The management of this Institution is under the responsibility of a Council of 13 members, including the President. The Council has the following powers: draw and approve policies; open branches and offices; define terms and objectives of the loans; other financial activities of the Institution.
