Decree No. 1 of 2002 on the circulation and selling of pesticides.

This Decree is composed of 5 articles on the circulation and selling of pesticides. Article 1 The person licensed to sell and trade in agricultural pesticides must follow the indications stated in that article which include specifications about the packaging of Agricultural pesticides, as well as labeling. Article 2 provides some details about labeling and instruction for use. Any amount of pesticides found in the market unauthorized or non-registered in the general administration for Plant Protection and Quarantine will be immediately seized.
