Abstract
This Decree consisting of 5 articles aims at declaring a 30-days State of Emergency in all Palestinian territories, to confront the threat of the coronavirus and prevent its spread in order to protecting public health and achieving security and stability. The Prime Minister is empowered with the necessary powers to achieve all the goals of this Declaration.

Notes
The Decree No.3 of 2020 extended the State of emergency for a period of thirty days, starting form the 4th of April 2020.
