Instructions No.1 of 2020 regarding the licensing of drilling and rehabilitation of wells, the extraction of groundwater and the contracting of drilling wells.

These Instructions consisting of 11 articles regulate the procedures necessary for (i) the license to drill or rehabilitate a well or extract groundwater, clarifying that is necessary a written application accompanied by the specified documents; (ii) well processing (measurement, protection around the well, numbering, etc.); (iii) changing the use of the well and the use of the extracted groundwater; (iv) changing the use of the well for drinking purposes (possible only with the approval of the Authority and under the requirements of the public interest); (v) cancellation of license and permission; (vi) safe close the well; (vii) the registers, including the required attachments and data.
In the Appendix, there are all the forms necessary to request the different types of licenses and for the various procedures related to the operations concerned.
