License System of 2005 for Poultry and Animals Farms.

This Resolution consisting of 17 articles aims at regulating the licensing system for establishing or building poultry and animal farms. It states that is needed license issued by the competent authority only in areas and agricultural land approved in the organizational project for agricultural purposes. An application shall be submit to the authority by the applicant. In addition, the Resolution deals with: distance between the project site and the nearest building; fencing around the site; time for an appeal against a refusal to grant permission; and change of intended use of the project by the owner.
