Military Order No. 92 of 1967 on the nomination of the Water Officer by the Military Chief and the definition of his competencies.

This "Military Order" defines the competencies of the "Water Officer" who will be responsible for all rules, laws, regulations, orders, decrees, directions in force in the region concerning the following: water abstraction, water supply, water consumption, selling and distribution, water uses control, water shortage, transfer, water rights, water pollution, water standards, well sinking, dispute settlement, authorization, licences, fees, charges and taxes.
