Ministerial Instructions No. 2 of 2012 on the marketing mechanism of poultry and poultry products.

This text gives instructions on marketing mechanisms for poultry and poultry products. Article 2 defines some terms used along the text. Article 2 states that the Minister of Agriculture established a committee of technical guidance and marketing. This text provides for the certification and permit of importing poultry; as well as procedures for the import of eggs. Article 16 states that poultry should be slaughtered in licensed slaughterhouses. Any violation to the provisions of this regulation will be penalized.
