Abstract
This Law consisting of 12 articles amends the Law on Fisheries establishing that (i) all licensed fishermen and fishing boat owners are allowed to practice their profession of fishing day and night in the sea coast in the controlled area of the Egyptian forces in Palestine (art.1 on Permission to practice fishing); (ii) art.3 defines the anchorage areas; (iii) all licensed fishermen and owners of fishing boats are allowed to practice their profession in permissible areas after obtaining fishing permits (art.4 on Fishing permits); (iv) the permit specifies the date, boat, boat number, the names of the sailors, and the authorized fishing period (art.5 on Permit data); (v) art.6 deals with responsibility of workers; (vi) all fishing boats are subject to inspection by the competent personnel, and their owners must present permits or licenses upon request (art. 8 on Inspection).
