Abstract
This Decree consisting of 7 articles aims at establishing the Land Authority. It is subordinate to the Council of Ministers, with the responsibility for both the Survey and Registration Departments. Surveying and land registration are divided between Ministry of Housing and Ministry of Justice (art.2). Article 3 deals with the disposal of governmental land. Article 5 establishs that the jurisdiction and powers of the Land Authority shall be determined by Law.
