Prime Minister Decision No.14 of 2020 - Emergency.

This Resolution consisting of 13 articles aims, in the state of emergency due to the coronavirus outbreak, at forming in every governorate the following committees (i) the governorate's supreme emergency committee; (ii) the Emergency Subcommittee; and (iii) Voluntary Supporting Committees. The emergency sub-committees, formed of several committees as needed in cities, towns, villages, camps and sites in the governorates, have, among others, the task of assisting the Ministry of Social Development in preparing lists of the names of poor persons and families who need food aid.
