Resolution No. 28 of 1999 concerning the law enforcement officers at the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles on law enforcement officers at the Ministry of Agriculture.Article 1 states that for the purposes of the implementation of laws and regulations and decisions of agricultural incumbents Law enforcement officers should be appointed in specific : vets, water inspectors, fruiting inspectors, forests inspectors and grasslands, fisheries inspectors...etc. Article 2 lays down the powers of the law enforcement officers whether it is concerning about animals, plants, or agricultural land.
