An Agreement of technical cooperation on coffee between the Republic of Portugal and the People's Republic of Angola. This agreement specifies scientific and technical cooperation in order to improve coffee production and development. It also establishes financial incentives to be granted by the Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA), and the Institute for Scientific Research of Tropics (IICT) to be offered to experts on coffee cultivations.
