Bilateral Agreement between the Republic of Portugal and the the Republic of Mali on cooperation in the field of agriculture and fisheries.

This Bilateral Agreement, signed in Lisbon on 14 September 1999, between the Republic of Portugal and the the Republic of Mali establishes a bilateral cooperation in the field of agriculture and fisheries for the improvement of relevant areas. It consists of 4 chapters specifying the sectors involved in this cooperation, the requirements to be met in order to enforce the aforementioned agreement, creation, competencies and composition of a Mixt Commission entitled to carry out controls on the agreement fulfilment, final provisions, etc. This Agreement shall expire in three years renewable.
