Abstract
This Council of Ministers Resolution, consisting of 6 sections and 2 Annexes, amends the Land use Planning of Coastal zone of Sado-Sines POOC within the Municipality of Grândola and establishes protecting measures to regulate touristic development of the area. Amendments establish new land use planning and management requirements. It specifies geographical limits of the above mentioned coastal zone area, restriction and prohibitions of building new constructions, except for beach facilities or equipments aiming at supporting beach and bath infrastructures which licence will be issued by the Portuguese Agency of Environment, the Commission of Coordination and Regional Development of Alentejo, of Institute for the Conservation of Nature and Forests and by the Local Maritime Authority, etc. Annexes specify the geographical maps of the above mentioned protected coastal areas.
