Decision No. 43-A/96 regulating the subsidy regime for cereals' producers and dry farming.

This Decision regulates the subsidy regime for agricultural producers of cereals, oil seeds and dry farming. It is composed of 9 articles and 3 Annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied by producers of such cultivations in order to benefit from financial subsidies. The Annexes list the annual agricultural production divided by region and by plant species, specifying minimum water amounts required by species (Annex III).
