Decree of 21 June 1911 regulating marine sponge fishing in the Cape Verdean archipelago.

This Decree consists of 16 articles and 1 model form regulating marine sponge fishing. It specifies fishing licence requirements, for national or foreign fishing vessels, establishing fees to be paid for sponge fishing and exports, controls to be carried out and sanctions to be paid by offenders. The model form specifies all information to be given to the competent authority in order to have permission to perform this activity.
