Abstract
This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 180/95 of 26 July (arts. 6 and 10) establishing a periodic regime for agricultural aimed at specific pesticides. Article 6 specifies the requirements for agricultural organizations whose activity relates to protection and integrated production (according to the General Direction for Crop Protection). Article 10 establishes that this Decree-Law shall be executed by joint Ministerial Decree between the Minister of the Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries and the Minister of the Environment. IPPAA's competencies are transferred to the General Direction for Crop Protection.
