Abstract
The Decree-Law establishes phytosanitary inspection to be carried out on seeds and propagative materials, in particular fruits and seeds of broad bean, pea and lucerne, originating from the Continent and Madeira Island and to be exported to the Azores and vice-versa. It consists of 7 articles specifying the sanitary requirements to be satisfied by these propagative materials in order to be placed on the market. Potato trade are strictly prohibited within the Regions.
