Abstract
This Decree-Law is composed of 20 articles and six Annexes. It implements several EC Directives ruling on maximum residues limit (MRL) for agricultural products of vegetable origin. Accordingly, it amends all relevant national legislation. The Annexes define the residues of the active substances of plant protection materials and their related MRL.

Moreover, it amends the Annexes of: Order No. 649/96 of 12 November 1996; Order No. 49/97 of 18 January 1997, Decree-Law No. 27/2000 of 3 March 2000, Decree-Law No. 245/2002 of 2 August 2002, Decree-Law No. 68/2003 of 8 April 2003, Decree-Law No. 300/2003 of 4 December 2003, Decree-Law No. 32/2006, of 15 February 2006.
