Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of 4 Articles and one Annex, amends articles 6, 7, 14 and 18 of the Decree-Law No. 152/97 on urban wastewater treatment. In particular, it regulates the licensing procedures for the wastewater discharges and provides a list of the sensitive zones.
