Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 5 Chapters and 2 Annexes, regulates development and implementation of coastal zone management plans (POOC) and establishes offences and penalties applicable for illegal activity such as: access, circulation and undue stay in prohibited areas and respective sign information. POOC concern the coastline, comprising, on the side of the land, an "onshore protection" and, on the ocean side, a "maritime zone protection".
