Abstract
This Decree-Law transposes into national legislation Directive 2000/16/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 April, insofar as it amends Council Directive 96/25/EC of 29 April on the circulation of animal feed materials within the European Union. It will apply without prejudice to other national provisions on animal feed, in particular the rules of veterinary legislation on the matter.
