Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates registration, authorization and classification of swine exploitation as well as infrastructures for swine products trade. It consists of 15 articles establishing the requirements to be met in order to perform the aforementioned activity (including sanitary certification, controls and other requirements) specifying the different target of swine breeding, such as: for reproduction and for pigs to be slaughtered for human consumption.
