Decree-Law No. 166/2015 amending Decree-Law No. 5/2011 on measures to promote production and exploitation of forest biomass.

This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 5/2011 establishing measures to promote production and use of forest biomass, destined to the supply of Plants entitled to forest biomass. It establishes administrative procedures and in particular the extention of the time limit, and the partial integration of assigned powers for construction and exploitation of these plants.
