Decree-Law No. 167/2015 amending Decree-Law No. 202/2004 regulating Hunting Act No. 173/99.

This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 202/2004 regulating Hunting Act No. 173/99. Amendments establish the legal framework for conservation, development and exploitation of hunting resources, with a view to sustainable management as well as the principles governing the hunting activity. In particular, it amends administrative procedures and specifies requirements to be satisfied in order to receive and use a hunting licence.
