Abstract
This Decree-Law transposes into National legislation the EU Commission Directive No. 2013/52 of 30 October 2013 amending the EU Council Directive No. 96/98 of 20 December 1996 on marine equipment to be manufactured or marketed on National territory or to be installed on their own vessels. It specifies all new navigation equipment requirements to be satisfied by National vessels.
