Abstract
This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 90/667 (establishing sanitary procedures for the treatment of animal sub-products to be used in animal feed). It consists of 9 articles dealing with the requirements to be satisfied for treating animal sub-products (including fish) in order to place on the market animal feed. It also establishes the requirements for obtaining sanitary permit, granted by the national competent authority.
