Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 12 articles, establishes principles and institutional competencies concerning the authorization regime for vineyards plantations and administrative procedures for the management and control of vine production potential in the planting and vine cultivation. It applies to all categories of use, ensuring the implementation into National legislation of EU Council Regulation No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and Council of 17 December 2013, establishing a common market organization for agricultural products.
