Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 19 articles, establishes the legal regime for pine resin collection and circulation and marketing within the territory of the continent. It specifies requirements to be met in order to perform the above mentioned activity for scientific or marketing purposes. It establishes registration, inspection and other conditions to be satisfied to put pine resin on the market. Sanctions and offences are prescribed in the text for illegal activities.
