Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates National Administration of Control and Management on Agriculture, Fishery and Food (IGA and MAPA), created by Decree-Law No. 310-A/86 of 23 September. It consists of 16 articles and 3 annexes listing composition, duties and competencies of national administrations responsible for granting financial incentive (in particular in FEOGA domain) and managing agricultural sector. Annexes list every different administrative qualification.
