Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates forestry regional plan activity (PROF) in order to manage and improve forestry regional sector. It consists of 20 articles and 1 Annex establishing forest protective measures, reforestation, forest control, composition and competencies of authorities entitled to carry out plans on reforestation and other activity of this sector.

This Decree-Law repeals Decree-Laws No. 439-E/77 of 25 October and No. 79/78 of 27 April, and article 1 of Decree-Law No. 334/90 of 29 October.
